/export -> Sierra wireless AirPrime MC7710 config missing

Hi!

I’m running RouterOS 6.7 with a Sierra wireless AirPrime MC7710 card:

http://www.sierrawireless.com/productsandservices/AirPrime_Wireless_Modules/Essential_Modules/MC_Series.aspx

A consultant (who’s now unavailable - on holiday) configured the Mikrotik board and Sierra wireless AirPrime MC7710 card.

I’m trying to set up a new board with the configuration from the existing (working) board. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • upgrade RouterOS from 5.x to 6.3
  • removed default config
  • imported an rsc script exported from the working board
  • FAIL!

The error is that the LTE (Sierra board) is not configured.

I then restored the new board from a system backup (in Files). This allowed me to see a configured LTE interface. However, there were many more errors in the log. (Obviously as MAC address etc. would be referring to the other board). From this backup test I infer that the configuration for the LTE interface is not part of the /export command.

So my question is (thanks for bearing with me so far):

How do I get the LTE configuration from the working board onto the new board?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Keith
