I just wondering is it possible to use Mikrotik PL7411-2nD Power Line AP to extend WIFI network which is setup with non Mikrotik router?

The basic Anwser ist YES,
There are different Solutions to this Problem,
Solution A: Repeater-Mode
Mikrotik PL7411-2nD receives the WIFI Signal from your Router and “retransmits” it.
Because it retransmit on the same frequency, you will have more range but less performance.
Solution B: Access-Point
Mikrotik PL7411-2nD is connected to the Network via Ethernet or Power Line
You can configure the Mikrotik WIFI with the same SSID and Password as your existing Router.
All Existing Client will connect seamlessly to the new Mikrotik-Wireless
