Extending Wireless Coverage

I want to extend wireless to a residential area of say 20 houses all within a radius of 1.5km. My Base has a MT 5.8GHz AP with 4 sectoral
antennas. I have taken a link to the residential area using the
MT RIC-522 (5.8GHz CPE). Problem is I need to retransmit at the
residential area and each house can then use wireless cards or
mikrotik CPEs to connect.

  • Can the RIC-522 installed receive and transmit at the same time, if
    not
  • do I need a different AP to receive and re-transmit??
  • If we need a different AP, what will serve my purpose
  • Please advice the solution that will allow each customer to connect
with a 2.4GHz mikrotik CPE rather than 5.8GHz

Thanks for your assistance.

You can use the ric 522 as a bacbone lina and connect with other routerboard if you want to serve your costumer with mikrotik equimpent in 2.4 or 5 ghz or you can use any 2.4ghz ap connect it with ric 522 via ethernet cable and you can serve your costumer I thin that you have an like this scenario

and another rb and use it as an AP .
