i am facing problem with pt to pt link with 2.4ghz, i tried all band and all freq. finally i moved to 5 ghz with 24dBi & 30dBi antenna ( round dish type ) , link working normally with 5 Mbps throughput upto a distance of 15miles. its work normal for 1 week and again problem started for disconnectivity issue, while checking log for wirless debug , it show disconnecte, extensive data loss , there are various reasons for this due to interference as discribe in wiki for the same.
pls suggest how to resolve this , i am planing to test with R52 card at client end to check, the freq. i used for 5ghz is 4950Mhz , and while scaning 8 more links are comming with freq. 5080,5150,5510,5820,5860,5800,5820 etc. but as i used diff. channel they it want effect to my link , as i monitored the link facing disconnecting issue since last two day as same time during evening ( 5:00pm ) and after 1 hr its get connected again.
don’t know what exactly causing to this , and how to resolve this …
