I would like to attach external antenna to hap ax lite.
There are two connector in the board as I saw a video in YouTube.
My question is,are these two connector for connect external antenna?
I know design board not meant to work with external antenna but built-in antenna is weak and antenna gains are locked.

Instead of damaging hAP AX Lite, why not use L23UGSR-5HaxD2HaxD and start from there ?
It has connectors for attaching antenna to it.
Or do you need the ether ports as well ?
there is no possibility to connect antennas to hAP ax lite.
those are not antenna connectors.
Or, you can use ax3… then you can connect antenna if one provided with the router are not good for you.
you can try it on these technical connectors as it works on the speakers … ( I’ve converted two AC2 and they both work )
or you need to cut a track and solder a lead for an external antenna.

Hi there! Can you advise what to do exactly, the resolution is a bit small. It looks like you soldered the ‘center’ and the ‘shield’ to the left bottom and the right bottom of the 4 connectors? Does it matter which goes where?
It looks like 2 small resistors there as well, do I just keep them? Anything else? Thanks!!
Usually the internal antenna(s) is/are cut.
Test those two components, but likely they are a 0 Ohm resistance (i.e. simply connecting one side to the other).
On some devices in that place it is soldered a "test connector" MS156, this kind:
that includes a switch (when you insert the appropriate plug the internal antenna is disconnected).
Leave them as they are.
This is another device (hap lite, not ax) but the principle is the same:
The braid is usually soldered on both sides to give the connection more mechanical robustness, but functionally one soldered braid to ground is enough.
What I would do (yellow ground/external braid, red center of antenna/wire):
but for the braid you can also use the two left external bigger pads, they are ground anyway.
