external antenna on RB951G-2HnD

Hi There,

Maybe a open door question. I’m looking now for more then 20 minutes to find out if there is a possibility to connect external WIFI antenna on te RB951G-2HnD.
Inside on the print there are two U.FL like connectors near by the antenna. I have read that the are for test purposes however this is for a other model and i’m not sure if this is the same for RB951G-2HnD.

So my questions

• is there a way to connect external antenna on a RB951G-2HnD main board?
• is there someone who modified his RB951G-2HnD with external antenna to extend the WIFI range?
• is there somewhere a clear instruction what kind of components i really need to use.

The earlier models rb751G-HND had a mmcx connector

i will modify and update pics but my device is still under warranty so waiting for expiration maybe 1 or 2 months remaining but in short i will de-sold the original antenna and will sold the rg458 cabe with rp-sma connector. you just have the knowledge of solding and desolding.
