Hey Guys im hoping someone can help me, i have a 1100ah router board with router os 6.2 on which is configured as a hotspot and i am having issues accessing external ftp sites. when i go to a ftp site it asks me for all my login details which i put in correctly and then it gives me errors such as failed to retrieve directory list. i am very very new to Mikrotik and dont even know where to start looking, the hotspot configuration is a simple one and i am not blocking anything because im still learning how to do that. I have another mikrotik that plugs into my hotspot that supplies it with internet that has the exact same issue just isnt configured as a hotspot so im guessing there is a command i have to put in to allow access to ftp sites? i have a stand alone adsl for testing purposes that i tried accessing the ftp site threw to see if it was the site at fault but when i use the adsl then i have no problems.
Please can someone help me?
