External Graphing how to?

Hello,
I need some help about graphing/netflow. I have try to get it from google, but didnot get any help.

Mikrotik has graphs for every queue entry. like this i want to setup an external graph server(!).
How can i do it?

Note: I am using NAT and no hotspot/virtual interface .

as for queues and interfaces, you can get this info via SNMP: use MRTG or Cacti with OIDs you can obtain by executing

/queue simple print oid

,

/queue tree print oid

or

/interface print oid
