RouterOS Beginner Basics

I’m using a MikroTik LtAP mini LTE and using it to deploy remote IP cameras. I’m extremely unfamiliar with RouterOS so I’m looking for some guidance on a few issues.

How can I setup remote access to the device?
How can I put specific data limits?
How can I log and see bandwidth used over a specific time period?
Can data speed be limited?
Can alerts be setup at specific data usage points?

What have you done to answer these questions.

SSH for the device. Something like a tunnel or port forwarding to manage the camera’s.
Wiki has an article as a starting point.
