I currently have problem with some client where we install Mikroik CPE ( based on RB CR and ARC Wireless 19bdi Antenna )
The CPE is currently connected to an AP ( RB532A , R52H , 12dbi Omni Antenna )
The Mikrotik CPE Connect to an SSID on the AP that is VLAN TAGUED ( to have a management and data vlan )
The management vlan is for the CPE to take an IP by DHCP
And the data vlan is to bridge the eth port of the cpe and pass PPPOE traffic
The client have a good signal ( -64 / -69 ), but the TX CCQ change from 14% to 90%. And when we check the wireless graph of data, it seem that no data pass on the wireless interface sometime.
We try to install a Tranzeo TR-CPQ-19 at this client site. The Tranzeo CPE connect on a VirtualAP on the same Omni. This virtual AP is directly bridged to the data vlan ( so is untag ). The Tranzeo have signal between -75 , -80. But the internet of the client are great. Not so fast, but always work.
With the Mikrotik CPE, the internet of the client was super fast, but stop working for 1 sec … and start after …
Anybody have an Idea ?
- Too high signal on Mikrotik CPE ?
- Vlan Queeing on wireless interface ?
