To start things off, I’m very much a noob when it comes to RouterOS and Mikrotik hardware in general. I decided to choose Mikrotik over a generic ISP because in the long run it would be cheaper. I own the MikroTik SXT LTE kit (RBSXTR&R11e-LTE) paired up with the MikroTik hAP ac2. Setting it up, I got help off someone I found on reddit who basically configured everything for me via TeamViewer, so I didn’t have a whole lot of involvement in that. Initially I was getting decent speeds (about 10-20Mb Down // and about 15-25Mb Up), but as of lately I’m barely pulling 5Mb/Down in the daytime 
So if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. Thanks!
You’re using LTE as internet uplink? And you’re getting low speeds during daytime? How are speeds duting late night/early morning (i.e. 4am)? If speeds are fine during ungodly hours, then it’s LTE network that’s getting congested and the only thing you can do is complain to your beloved MNO.
If speeds don’t pick up duting any time of day, then you have to investigate where data chokes.
I believe there are too many connections on your network and that may be the reason behind the slow speed.
