I am using Mikrotik RB 450G version 5.25.
My issue is facebook and youtube images are missing on my customers mobile phones when they are connecting through their ADSL WIFI routers, so i have a replaced my Mikrotik with another Mikrotik RB 450G version 6.7.
Now facebook and youtube images are appearing on cell phones but images are not showing on their Computers.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Check your dns server. Change for googleDNS or openDNS and try.
You have web proxy feature? Hotspot?

I have check with Open DNS as well google DNS but its not working.
we are not using webproxy but using HotSpot.

check in the user profile if you have enabled “transparent proxy” option
No i have not enable transparent proxy option in user profile.
We are using radius manager.
Mikrotik expert’s help us to resolve this issue…
Try changing MTU values to 1480 on customers ADSL Wifi routers
