I have a RB3011UiAS router that is running 7.0 beta 5 (development branch). I couldn’t upgrade it through the web config – after upgrade and reboot, it reverted to the same 7.0 beta 5.
My thinking is to factory reset it, upgrade it to the latest testing branch (7.1.3 I think), and restore the existing rules. Is this a viable option? Thanks.

netinstall the device
copy back line-by-line (one section at time) the .rsc

Failed upgrades usually leave some clue about the reason in log (/log/print from CLI).
