Factory Reset, wrong wifi password?

Hi there,

I just got my hAP ax^3 and I recently had to do a factory reset on it (holding down the reset button, plugging in power, waiting for green LED to blink before letting go).

I’ve noticed that after the factory reset, it is still not using my old wifi password or the password on the back of the device on the card. What gives?? I can’t configure it now.

Is there another default wifi password that the device can use? Because it doesn’t use the one on the card anymore.

Already tried with nothing as password when connecting to wifi ?
The old way …

You can connect using a computer on any ether port but ether1. That one is defined as WAN and normally will block incoming connections.
Check the password for that admin access also on the label.
Should be the one on the label. Can also be blank.

But it SHOULD use the wifi password on the label after factory reset.
Unless that device was netinstalled with a config changing that password ?
