Fail over and traffic passes issue

Hi,
I have two isp connection(5Mbps+3Mbps=Total 8Mbps). I want to pass my local traffic as my wishes ISP connection.I.e
192.168.1.1/24 --local address
want to pass traffic 192.168.1.5 -goes to ISP1 connection
want to pass traffic 192.168.1.7 -goes to ISP2 connection and so on…

When ISP1 goes down all traffic goes to ISP2 connection and vice-verse …

My Router broad is RB450g…Is it possible???

Hi,
yes , there are many ways !! PCC load balancing is good for you , and maybe link bonding , you should have good firewall mangle knowledge for PCC load balancing ,
