When I try to rebuild database from consol with “/tool usermanager database rebuild”. I get the following message>
rebuilding user-manager database action time out.
From user-manager normal page, I do it, it takes a long time but I thing it works.

I also had the same error but after deleting the older sessions and all the log files I was able to succesfully rebuild the usermanager database. I tried “/tool user-manager database clear-log” mentioned in another post but it did not work for me, I had to delete it from usermanager 1000 at a time and took me some time.
I know this post is a bit late but maybe it will help someone.
