Failover not working

Hello guys, I have MikroTik hardware with webconfig 6.15, it is already configured with one WAN Internet dsl and now I need to add second WAN2 Internet in failover configuration.
I’ve add WAN2 and added filter rules for forwarding Internet access but i don’t able to set failover , I 've tried to demove WAN1 but WAN2 did not get up.
I’ve attach route IP configuration also.

Someone can help me?

Hi.

First of all. Upgrade your RouterOs . The latest available now is 6.39.2.

It looks that your second gateway 93.64.36.241 in not reachable, do you have check gateway by ping enable?
Please send your export for this command
/ip route print detail
