how to find which tool is actually running and preventing me from using certain other tools like here:

failure: other tool running

Ok, so I have no other tools active in this or any other winbox or cli session and I cannot remember that I started any and didn’t stop it.
Therefore the question is: How to find out which tool is running as written in the first post?
