False network outage

Hi all,

About once a month I get a false network outage. Everything goes down and a reboot to the computer that The Dude is on and everything comes back up.

The dude sends emails out and I can remote to the computer so its network connection is working.

Version 3.6
573 devices being monitored
Half the probes are
interval 2:30
timeout 1:00
count 3

other half are on a 12 hour probe.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

We’ve seen this too at times, the dude will report everything down then back up yet netwatch on routers doesn’t trigger so everythings up, Are you running it on Windows 7 by any chance?
