fan-mode: auto
use-fan: main
active-fan: none
voltage: 12.1V
current: 865mA
temperature: 33C
cpu-temperature: 65C
power-consumption: 10.4W
fan1-speed: 0RPM

The temperatures are normal range. An earlier post my Normis said 50 DegC will kick the fan into action.
You can test the fan by changing the mode to manual.
I change this to manual mode but not work. When turned off the RouterBoard and turn on the fan again returned to work. This is looking like a bug.

Which RouterOS version are you using?
Firmware version? (see System >Routerboard?).
I’d open the cover to inspect the fan is actually properly plugged in place. What happens if you specify auxiliary fan?
