Fan Profile

Regarding the 317-1G-16S+RM. Can someone clarify the current state of the fan profile?

I understand that there has been a few updates to switch OS that have improved the fan profile. What I would like to know is what will influence the fans turning on and at what temperatures while running SWOS.

Based off of some forum posts, while running SWOS, the fans turn on after any one of the SFP+ modules report a temperature over 40C. Is this still true? Can this be modified? If so how?

I would also like to know this.
Switched from RouterOS to SwOS and now the fans is at 100% all the time on my CRS310-1G-5S-4S+.
Even under 40°, the fan is spinning. I think there is current no fan control in SwOS.
