Wiki was not able to clarify what the diffrence is between Fastpath, Fast Forward, hw-offload.
Fastpath = allows to forward packets without additional processing in the Linux kernel. Is it for Layer 2 or 3?
hw-offload = all packets are being processed by the built-in switch chip. Layer 2
Fast Forward ?
Can somebody explain?
