Weird thing suddenly happened.
With the fasttrack activated when a user authenticates to the hotspot he cannot load any website.
It pings to the public and it also resolves the dns… browsing doesn’t work at all.
I realised that it was the fasttrack because the moment I run a torch while the torch was running that disabled the fasttrack the websites where loading fine.
The moment I turned off the torch browsing stopped.
I then disabled the fastttrack rules and it started working again!
The moment I enable it browsing stops.
I tried to update to the latest version 6.38.5 but it didn’t help.
The weird thing is that before a user authenticates and is at the captive portal which is running on an external server not even on the mikrotik it works fine and all whitelisted domains work fine. The moment the user authenticates it looses the browsing packets!
It seams some combination of hotspot and fasttrack is blocking the packets
