fasttrack not working and mikrotik make my network slowwwww

my network the sam as
1- Modem repotec 4 port = 192.168.16.1

2- mikrotik wan 192.168.16.2/24 to lan 5.5.5.1/24

( MikroTik RouterOS 6.35 (c) 1999-2016) RB951Ui-2HnD

hotspot users login with user name and password and work lmit as 1024kb/400kb
some users working as banding and limt speed net from queues as 733kb/512kb

3- BULLET 2HP for wireless network

4- 10 Access point Air Live for Clients

what;s my problem?
when i work with mikrotik network so slow
when i remove mikrotik .............. wowwww network become so fast

i hear about fasttrack :frowning:

when i use it network become good not so fast like without mikrotik but good
and internet bcome sooooooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwww :confused:

so i remove fasttrack again

what's my problem ?

It needs at least a rule to match new traffic in that case.

he need accept traffic from LAN and forward it to GW and drop the rest

The rules as above should be sufficient when combined with NAT.

yes i used that and network become fast

but internet become so slowwww as 5 % speed

so i come back to older backup before fasttrack

It is not clear to me what your problem is, what is fast and what is not fast.
What is the speed that you get?
With how many clients?
I get the feel you are using a tiny router in a large network…

when i use fasttrack network become good
but clients found internet slow , very slow
simple queues not working too

you still did not answer any question, you just post vague descriptions of problems.

I think it is clear. He uses queues to distribute bandwidth. Unfortunately one or more of his users can consume everything so when he enables fasttrack the queues are bypassed and those handy clients are celebrating while others are complaining. This is correct behaviour of wrongly used feature. No reason to complain on mikrotik at all…
