Fatal exception in interupt - problem

Hello

Sorry about my bad English.. but someone can help me with this..

i have 4.17 version of MirkotikOS one year everthing working fine.. but couple month ago my VPN line drop every 50 minutes..
my system administrator upgrade MikrotikOS to 5.8 and now i have this message:
Kernel panic Fatal exception in interupt. This message is on my side of VPN. On another side VPN working fine..
I’m not that good in VPN system’s but I need help..
someone can explain this picture please..

That’s outside of a VPN problem. The kernel is crashing. You either have bad hardware, or the hardware you have isn’t compatible with the new version.

That picture is basically showing the Linux equivalent to a Blue Screen of Death in Windows.

ok..

i install the same Mikrotik on another computers.. (use the same HDD) first HP (ubuntu linux with two nic work fine on this HP) second IBM (email server with ubuntu linux with two nic) bouth work about one year.. maybe to downgrade to 4.17 ?

update:

  • now i put HDD and this two nic to another computer… i don’t see this message any more. but still rebooting. sometime is one minte.. domeimet is 20 minut…
    another question..
  • what about 50 minut. VPN link drop? Internet connection work fine, but VPN not.. (that happend before ..)

use v5.8 and send your supout.rif file to support. we will check why it’s crashing.
