faulty components on RB750

My iSP sent a team of technicians to replace the entire network of cables on my street. Without notice, they just cut the cables while one of my routers was powered up and working. This damaged my RB750.

The malfunctions is the following: The router is working only if port1 is not connected (the WAN cable). If i connect a cable to port1 the router just shut down totally (short circuit). I opened the case and after a very close inspection using a magnifier i found some burn out components. This is the picture:

The components are very hard to get, they are in between the connectors and the LAN Transformer Module. The gap between the connectors and the LAN Transformer Module.is 1,5 mm so to be able to access them one of them must be taken out.

Before i start working i just want to ask if anyone knows what those components are (resistor, capacitor or inductor)? They are black, so look like resistors, but this also can be because they are covered by ash. There are 10 components in total but only 6 looks very damaged, 4 are just black.

All suggestions are welcomed.

Or maybe another more-simple solution :
==> just dont use port 1, and reconfigure the WAN interface to port 2

Also, you can try to ask a refund for this problem caused by your ISP.
