Hi,
I recently received CRS328, and after first power up both FAN and PoE fault LED are on (see attached picture). I tried reset switch but with no succes. The only thing that works is when I connect PoE device, top LED turns RED and device get power from PoE.
Probably the only thing I can do is request RMA return?
