FCC approved 5.24-5.58Ghz devices

Hi, I am having trouble finding out which if any mt (or other) devices are approved for operation in 5.24-5.58Ghz in the US.

Ubiquiti Rockets/CPE, SR5 & XR5 are not, they are stuck in the 5.725-5.85 range (FCC Part 15.247).
Looks like the SR71-A radio is fully FCC approved but they are 5.475+ so I would be missing out on a big chunk of available band.

In Mikrotik land, I see the R52n and it is capable of 4790-6085 meaning it has the ability to handle every available 5Ghz frequency, the question is, is it FCC approved to do so?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

I think it is FCC approved as a client, not as an AP, which is nearly worthless for the lower bands. Unless you’re grandfathered in on Unii 1 and 2, you can’t put up any AP’s aside from some Motorola gear, couple of other brands.
