There has been a bunch of FUD going around about FCC certification of Mikrotik systems.
Could someone clear up whether an MT based solution (RouterBoard based or not) would meet complete FCC certification, compliance, etc.? It has been said even though a radio may be certified with an antenna, the FCC still doesn’t accept an MT solution.
Are there any plans to provide an FCC certified solution? I noticed the FCC logos on the 333. Now if we can get them to the FCC labs to get them certified…
RouterBOARD wireless cards are FCC certified, and a new (not yet released) RouterBOARD CPE model is also FCC certified.
