Running out of ideas troubleshooting this. Replaced cable, replaced ends. hard set speeds, also tried auto negotiation. Any suggestions. This is connecting to a UBNT AF24 BH.

Hi,
Try enabling TX and RX flow control on the RB.
It worked for my starlinks and Saie links.
On the microwave links flow control is usually enabled by default, and sometimes you cannot disable it
Check if you have the latest bios (3.27) and software (6.34.4) on routerboard or replace the UBNT.
