Ability to set connection retry interval for pptp (and similar) interfaces.
please explain, why do you need it…
we have heavy-loaded vpn-servers (500-1000 connections to each), and many connection attempts within short period of time are considered as simultaneous connections of single user (because vpn server need 1-10 seconds to process connection request and mikrotik tries to reconnect too fast).
So we want to set mikrotik reconnect interval for example to 30 seconds to solve this problem.

Нет, VPN-сервер у нас настроен таким образом что должен отключать все подключения пользователя в случае если он пытается установить одновременно 2 или больше соединения. И получается картина - например VPN-соединение разорвалось (на микротике), а VPN-сервер его еще не откинул по таймауту: тут микротик начинает подключается к VPN-серверу, VPN-сервер в свою очередь считает это за повторное подключение и начинает откидывать “повторные соединения”, и в итоге получается фигня что микротик постоянно коннектится к серверу а тот его постоянно откидывает за “одновременные” подключения. Собственно опция позволяющая указать интервал между попытками соединения на клиенте решила бы эту проблему, т.к. к сожалению заменить VPN-сервер или его реализацию не представляется возможным.

Actually the option allowing to specify an interval between connection attempts on the client would solve this problem, since unfortunately to replace a VPN-server or its realisation it is not obviously possible.
This is badly needed. If the vpn server fails, vpn client on RouterOS is just wasting resources/bandwidth and more importantly generating it generates so many repeated logs… and there is no log suppress feature on RouterOS as I know of.
