would it be possible to a folders and subfolders for the entries in the winboxloader - that would make it easier to find the right machine…

use the dude + winbox. you will have perfect overview of your networks

this is good for our own network …
but we have lots of customers that use mikrotik boxes that we dont want to monitor with dude - and also like to have some help via remote from us…
ok, i understand. but anyway you can make a map of your customers, and add all the important routers there, and just not monitor it. simply have that as an additional map of routers in the dude.
but it would be easier to handel within the winboxloader …
