I should say that if you have more than few IPSEC peers then it is quite impossible to debug the tunnel without disabling all others peers and close other peer’s firewall openings. Otherwise your log is full of text without ability to understand witch peer owns these log entries.
My proposal would be to make checkbox “enable logging” for each peer so that it would be possible to see just one’s peer logs in “ipsec debug”. Or an other solution would be to create filters for IPSEC logging based on destinations IP.
