What about mGRE?
This technology is available on Linux http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_Multipoint_Virtual_Private_Network and Cisco https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/6996/mgre.
It would be nice if mikrotik supported mGRE.
