I am new and did a quick search on the topic and couldn’t find anything regarding this issue. If you know something I don’t please let me know.
Currently when specifying an agent on the Dude Server there seems to be no way to specify a dns name, only an ip address.
This is an issue for us where most of our clients are remote sites behind residential connections with dynamic addresses. The Public ips are mapped to a dyndns service to give us updated ips.
So if there is no work around currently thats my feature request, dns resolution for dude agents
