Feature Request: TLS-auth support for OpenVPN Server

The openvpn client on routerOS supports tls-auth, but as far as I can tell, the server doesn’t.

Not sure if I’m the only one (not finding any other mentions on the forum), but I would love to see TLS Auth support on the openvpn server on routerOS as well.

I'm bumping this thread because since a few months, I often can't connect to my OpenVPN server.
When I reboot the Mikrotik router, it seems to work for a short time and then it just fails again. Network scanning shows that the port is open, but it doesn't seem to respond.

I can only guess this happens because some bots are trying to force their way in, crippling the OpenVPN server service. And if that's the case, I assume working with TLS Auth would solve this problem.

+1, I’d love that too

I think my issue with the OpenVPN server doesn’t have anything to do with ny feature request.

I noticed the OpenVPN server just doesn’t work after reboot until I open the OpenVPN server settings on the router. Quite annoying of course because that means I have to be on-site at each reboot.

The issue with the OpenVPN server not working after reboot is solved in 7.20.7. TLS Auth not implemented yet though.
