yes, I agree this package for udpxy
There is already multicast package which does this.
Except, it does not… 
udpxy is a web server (proxy) that subscribes to multicast streams on behalf of its clients, then sends the contents of the received multicast streams back to clients over HTTP connections. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not remember anything in the multicast package that is capable of doing this.
