It would be extremely nice to be able to use tmux (a program similar to GNU screen) in the console of the router.
Instead of having to start a lot of xterms and login multiple times to the router, you would login once, and then be able to use named sessions, split screens, shared screens etc. It would make it a lot easier to have a sniffer or monitor running while changing settings in a split window, for example.
It would be nice to be able to upload a configuration file for tmux. tmux could either by started manually for a single connection, or as standard when logging in depending on a system setting, wouldn’t matter all that much I think.
