as you can see, the problem when i using fetching my own script build with PHP that already deploy it to Heroku

this script function is sending the text into my Discord Channel,
so i want to put that on my Mikrotik Routers on Netwatch,
so i’m doing a first test from Terminal to make sure if fetch is normal or not and then show this
what should i do?
