Few questions

I have few questions about MT 3.13:
1.) Does this version have limitaion ydp conections?
2.) Does it support, for example Intel Core 2 Quad?
3.) Main question: if i want upgrade 2.9.27 to 3.13, does all queues, secrets, pools etc. will savely moved to a new version?

its impossible to limit udp connection becouse , udp is a conectionless protocol, u can rate limit packets per second for udp , but as far as i know, only globally (without a lot of pain to setup each ip on your network )

yes, i use one that way. with 4 cores enabled.

it should but i recommend you to export all your configuration to a readable file with the EXPORT tool, and if anything goes wrong with the update you can import your settings from the TXT file.

I did two upgrades from OS2 to OS3 with restoring files after clean install. Killed both. Had to do setup in OS manual. Don’t know if better en later versions of OS 3.
