i implement traffic shaping for exp. for ssh traffic prio0 and http traffic prio1 , … , now i encountered a problem. windows users use IDM and other download manager for download so more demand on port 80 and use more bandwidth , i wondered if there is a way to split bandwidth between users equally , for example dividing total bandwidth by count of connected users …
