Can anybody tell me if the fiberbox plus can do the hardware offloading like netpower 16p? because the netpower 16p and fiberbox plus have same Marvell 98DX226S switch-chip.

The Fiberbox Plus is a CRS305 in a hardened enclosure. So anything that applies to the CRS305 on this page will apply to the FBP as well.
