fiberbox with S-RJ01 copper interface will not negotiate 1 GB

Hi
The copper interface S-RJ01 delivered with the fiberbox CSR105 will not negotiate 1GB with Ubiquiti ERX or Netgear GS-108T why ?
Quite difficult to use the product then, is it a bug related to RouterOS, will there be any difference if you can swap to SwOS ?

Some additional info. If auto negotiation is disabled in the fiberbox and 1GB is selected, the other device will indicate 1GB but there is no traffic passing
