how to create filter rules mikrotik complete?

To create filter rules, click the “Add” button in Webfig/Winbox. What is your question exaclty? What do you want to block?
I have a question also related to filter rules. Is it ok if i left chain=input action=accept, without any dropping rules (winbox and icmp access also is allowed)?
I have NAT rules (ipsec, port fwd, pptp) created. To be absolutely secure i need to create filter rules to allow ipsec, port fwd and pptp and drop everything else. Correct?
