i need to block some site from opening in MT i tried in the webproxy put still opening if there is a way please advise

Enabled Web-proxy has to filter web pages per url.
What configuration you are using ?
To block specific web page in Firewall filter, you have to use web page IP address as dropping matcher. (e.g. ‘ip firewall filter add dst-address=x.x.x.x action=drop chain=forward’.
