I used layer 7 protocol to block youtube in our network but this made negative effects on surfing internet and also on some google services.
for example: translate.google.com doesn’t open and sometime when our user try to search in google they face to this error (attachment image):
can you help me to solve these issue please?
Layer7 is not for blocking webpages. It inspects packets and is more suited for specific protocol blocking. If you use it for webpages, this is an expected result, especially since Google and Youtube are the same company and use the same servers.

i also used some filter rule to block youtub and prevent blocking translate.google.com. youtube blocking works accurately but mikrotik accepted translate.google.com just for one time.
so do you recommend me some better solution for filter youtube?
and how can i get rid of that “sorry message” of google? just remove rules can not solve that!
