Firewall blocking User Manager Page

I know what is going on here but am not sure what to do to fix it. For some reason I can only get to http://routerip/userman from a computer on the ethernet side of my router. From this same computer I can’t get to any of the https://routerip/… On the wireless side of this router I have a hotspot router pointing at it that can’t can’t get to either. On my user manager router I have firewall filters set up and and one of the last ones is to drop everything else. When it is disabled everything works. I know that I just need to have a filter put in above that that will give my hotspot routers access to the usermanger but continue to drop everything else. Below is the log remark where it has dropped my attempt to access it.

Ok I figured it out. Here is the rule I added just in case someone else needs to know.

add chain=input action=accept dst-address=x.x.x.x dst-port=443 protocol=tcp comment=“Access to User Manager” disabled=no

x.x.x.x is your user manager router.

HTTP service could be used as well (it uses protocol TCP port 80).
