Firewall filter rule with est+rel breaks when edited with gui? bug?

Hello, if I create a rule from command line with two connection-states in one rule:

/ip firewall filter
add connection-state=established,related dst-address=192.168.213.0/24 chain=forward comment="est/rel to guests"

If I then open this rule from the webgui the connection-state is removed, if I preses accept the connection state breaks.

Is this working as intended or a bug? Yes I am aware it is possible to create two rules as a work around.

Edit: I realised that this occures on only some of our routers. When creating a rule on one router and I click connection-state, on one router I get a dropdown menu, and on the other I get four checkboxes so that I can select multiple choises in the web gui.

Both routers are RB2011UiAS routerOS 6.32.2

Model 2011UiAS
Serial Number xxxxxxx
Current Firmware 3.24
Upgrade Firmware 3.24

Seems like this might have been a bug connected to the browser. The routers where earlier upgraded from 6.4 to 6.32, but deleting browser cache helped.
