Firewall rule. Timed block on specific local IP.

Hi,

I would like to block ip 192.168.100.249 on all ports between 7.30am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday.

This IP is on a CPE 5km from the “Base Station”, which is connected via Ethernet to the Internet Router. The CPE runs DHCP server for the local network at those premises.

My basic IP configuration is as follows.

Internet Router 192.168.0.1
Base ETH1 192.168.0.3 WLAN2 192.168.1.3
CPE WLAN1 192.168.1.6 ETH1 192.168.100.254 (DHCP Server)

Any help will be appreciated.
