Firewall Rules maybe affecting Whatsapp

Hi all

Hope someone might be able to assist me. No Mikrotik expert, but I have used forums, google etc to get myself going. I currently run a RB1100AHx2 at home as my sole router. Connected to this I have 1x 16 port POE ubiquity switch with a couple of ubiquity APs.
The issue I am having is that my wife’s iPhone does not connect to Whatsapp when on our home wifi. When she changes to mobile dat, it immediately works. I have gone through the Unify forums and they recommed to add a firewall rule to allow port 5222 (TCP) for Whatsapp connections. When my wife tries to access Whatsapp while on wifi, I can see packages come through via this rule, however she still cannot connect.
I have recently had a similar issue with the Blizzard battle.net app on my Android phone, where the app won’t connect on Wifi but on mobile data it works fine.

I suspect firewall rules, however I have disabled all my rules as a test, bar the fasttrack rule and I still face the same issues.
I followed the following guide to setup my initial firewall but would be grateful for any insights.

I have attached my current firewall ruleset as a reference.

Not true.
I user whats app on my home wifi without any special settings for it.
The mikrotik router is not app centric ( cannot block solely apps )

Your firewall rules are a bloated mess and probably have something to do with the issues.
However, one needs to see the full config to asses what the firewall is affecting.

/export file=anynameyouwish ( minus router serial number, public WANIP information, keys etc.)

Thanks for the reply.
I suspected the firewall rules may be a bit of a mess. I have attached my full config as requested.
